Apply now: DAAD Winter Course Scholarship is back!

The DAAD Winter Course Scholarship is back! Attend a 5 to 6 week intensive German language course in Germany in January and February 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for learners of German to improve their skills and to experience Germany’s culture and rich history. Get to meet the Germans, experience exciting cities and landscapes, and get in touch with other learners of German from around the world.

15 August 2024 is this year’s deadline for applications.

The course is open for anyone

  • enrolled at a New Zealand tertiary;
  • who has finished at least two full years of tertiary study by the time of application;
  • at least at B1 level proficiency in German by the time the course starts.
